Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order prior to your order being shipped without giving any reason for doing so.

In the message write your name, address, order number and the Product(s) you would like to cancel. After We receive Your written request, We will respond with further instructions about cancelling the Product(s). 

We will process any refund due to You as soon as possible. You will be refunded in full to Your original form of payment. If You received any promotional or other discount when You paid, any refund will only reflect the amount You actually paid.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• Requests are submitted within 14 days of receiving the Order item.
• The Goods are returned in the original packaging.
• The Goods are not used or damaged.
• The Goods must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The Goods were on sale (i.e. Final Sale).
• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning/Exchanging Goods

Please include your name, address, order number and the Product(s) you would like to return or exchange.  

Upon receiving the returned Product(s) from You, We will process the exchange or any refund due to You as soon as possible. You will be refunded in full to Your original form of payment, including the cost of standard delivery; however, We will not refund Your cost of returning the Product(s) to Us. If You received any promotional or other discount when You paid, any refund will only reflect the amount You actually paid.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
